Эксперт Казахстанского совета по международным отношениям Ахантаева Сагыныш приняла участие в работе международного семинара на тему «Совместные усилия по противодействию экстремизму и сохранению мира и стабильности» прошедшего в период с 25 по 29 ноября 2018 года в г. Пекин по приглашению Ассоциации дружбы Китая. В ходе мероприятия 60 ведущих мировых экспертов из 20 стран обсудили общие подходы и опыт борьбы с проявлениями экстремистских и террористических идей на региональных и глобальных уровнях. Итоговым коммюнике стало подписание Инициативы, которая включила основные рекомендации по вопросам борьбы с религиозным экстремизмом и терроризмом.
