В Вашингтоне в одном из влиятельных американских аналитических центров - Фонде Карнеги состоялась дискуссия о последних политических трендах в Казахстане. В обсуждении приняли участие эксперты ведущих американских мозговых центров и университетов, а также представители Госдепартамента США. От Казахстана в обсуждении приняли участие советник Президента РК Ерлан Карин и исполнительный директор Казахстанского совета международных отношений (КАСМО) Искандер Акылбаев.
