On 14th of November, Kazakhstan Council on International Relations organized expert meeting on "Russia-China-US triangle: transformation of world order".

Speakers shared their views on new geopolitical trends, the rise of regional powers, growing disputes and competition in the sphere of trade, technology between China and US, as well as Russia’s role in international arena. One of the key topics was the role of Central Asian states within geopolitical triangle.

The list of prominent panel speakers included:

Dr. Yan Xuetong, Director of the Institute of International Studies, Tsinghua University.

Dr. Timofei Bordachev, Programme director of the Valdai Discussion Club,

Mr. Paul Stronski, Senior fellow in the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
